Ingredients: 75% corn flour*, rice flour*, thiamine mononitrate. Gluten free. *from organic farms.
Preparation: With milk: Cool the boiled water to a temperature of approximately +50ºC. Prepare 200 ml of the usual milk mixture. Add 3 tablespoons (22 g) of porridge flakes to a bowl. Pour the prepared milk mixture and mix. Leave the porridge to swell for about 1 minute. Cool to a suitable eating temperature. Porridge can also be prepared with mother's milk.
With fruit puree: boil 100 ml of water and cool to +50ºC*. Add 2 full tablespoons of porridge flakes to a bowl, pour water. Mix it up. Add about 100 g of fruit puree and a teaspoon of oil. Mix well, check the temperature. *Do not use too hot water to dissolve the powder better.
Storage conditions: Store the unopened package at room temperature (max. +25C). After opening, store in a dry place at room temperature, close tightly after use. Consume within 3-4 weeks. Storage temperature: from 5°C to 25°C.
