MAGGI AIR FRYER Mexican Style Fajita Spice Mix 27g 0.95oz

Make Mexican fajita filling with Maggi mix. Specially designed for frying in a hot air fryer, made from a unique blend of herbs, spices and dried vegetables, which will give the dish an intense, smoky flavor.

Ingredients: Dried vegetables (tomatoes 12.4%, potatoes 9.2%, onions 6.8%), cornstarch, spices (paprika 9.7%, coriander seeds, cumin, black pepper 1.5%, ginger, jalapeno peppers, cinnamon, red cayenne pepper), salt, sugar, dried garlic, smoked pork fat, dried oregano 1.7%, dried parsley 1.4%.

For preparation you will need: 500 g chicken breast, 2 red onions, 2 peppers, 1 tablespoon of oil. Cut the chicken, peppers and onions into strips. In a bowl, mix the chicken, vegetables with 1 tablespoon of oil, pour in the contents of the packet and mix again to distribute evenly. Place the chicken and vegetables in a hot air fryer and fry at 180°C* for 16-18 minutes, turning 2-3 times. (Can be baked in the oven at 180°C for 22 minutes).* Cooking time may vary depending on the size and model of the hot air fryer, make sure the chicken is cooked before use.
