MARIGOLD Swiss Vegetable Bouillon Powder Instant Stock 150g

Swiss-style instant vegetable bouillon, yeast-free. Contains lactose. Free from preservatives, synthetic flavorings, colorings, and hydrogenated fats. Gluten-free and yeast-free. GMO-free. Makes a total of 7.5 liters of bouillon. One cup (250 ml) contains only 12 calories.

It may seem surprising, but it is true: instant bouillon can be both healthy and delicious (and, of course, convenient). No added sugar (contains naturally occurring sugars).

An excellent addition to soups, sauces, stews, and rice or grain dishes. It can also be enjoyed simply dissolved in hot water.

For the bouillon: use 4 teaspoons per 1 liter of water, or 1 teaspoon per glass of water. 150 g of powder yields 7.5 liters of bouillon.

Instead of the hydrogenated fats often found in products of this type, Marigold uses palm oil—a heat-stable fat with a naturally thick consistency.

Hydrolyzed vegetable proteins provide natural glutamates derived from soy and corn. These are entirely different from the synthetic flavor enhancer monosodium glutamate (MSG). Glutamates derived from vegetables are amino acids found in plants, meat, and dairy products; their concentration in broth corresponds to the concentration of these proteins present in ordinary food.
