Ingredients: beef 93%, salt, dextrose, spices, maltodextrin, sugar, water, antioxidant (sodium ascorbate), flavor enhancer (monosodium glutamate), flavoring, natural flavoring, preservatives (potassium nitrate and sodium nitrite), starter cultures. May contain traces of the following allergens: GLUTEN, SULPHITES, SOY, MILK, CELERY, MUSTARD, and products thereof.

The package contains a non-edible oxygen absorber. Discard it upon opening the package. Salt deposits may form due to temperature fluctuations. Once opened, consume within 72 hours, and in any case, no later than the expiry date.
