A classic Chinese sweet and sour sauce for wok cooking. 
Sweet and sour sauce made from tomato paste, rice vinegar, pineapple juice and ginger.

Ingredients: Water, sugar, light rice vinegar 11%, concentrated tomato paste 4%, modified corn starch, pineapple 2%, pureed ginger 2%, pineapple juice 1.5%, concentrated pineapple juice 1.5%, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid, paprika extract. May contain various traces of NUTS. Food additives E330

Directions: Fry the selected products in a WOK pan, add the sauce and stir fry for a few more minutes.

Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, refrigerate and consume within 2 days. Storage temperature: from 0°C to 25°C.
