ACTIVUS Instant Cold Beetroot Soup (just add kefir) 400g

Ingredients: Water, beetroot 43%, sugar, spirit vinegar, sea salt, freeze-dried cucumbers 1.4%, chives 0.3%, dill 0.3%, black pepper, acidity regulator: ascorbic acid.

Preparation: Pour the contents of the package into a bowl, add 0.5 kg of kefir and mix well. Serve immediately or refrigerate briefly to enhance the flavors. You can add additional boiled eggs to taste. Makes 2-3 servings.
