Normally it takes approx. 3-21 business days to receive your order. We're shipping from European Union.

We don't require immediate payment, however, unpaid item case will automatically be opened for items that are unpaid longer than 3 days.

Returns

We're accepting 60 day returns for all of our items. If there's a problem with the purchase, buyer should contact us within 60 days after receiving the item.

Only unopened & factory sealed items are eligible for returns.

In most cases we're covering fees associated with shipping. However, we might ask buyer to pay the return shipping in case he has changed his mind or don't need the item any more.

Food & beverages. Please note that heat sensitive items (i.e. chocolate) might melt on the way. Please have this in mind if it's hot at your location. Melted items are not eligible for returns. We always advise to place the order for such items when it gets cooler at your location.
