MARIGOLD Swiss Vegetable Bouillon Powder Vegan Less Salt Gluten Free 150g

It may seem surprising, but it is true: instant bouillon can be both healthy and delicious (and, of course, convenient). Contains no added sugar (contains naturally occurring sugars).

An excellent addition to soups, sauces, stews, and rice or grain dishes. It can also be enjoyed simply dissolved in hot water.

For the bouillon: use 4 teaspoons per 1 liter of water, or 1 teaspoon per cup of water. 150 g of powder yields 7.5 liters of bouillon.

Instead of the hydrogenated fats often found in products of this type, Marigold uses organic palm oil—a heat-stable fat with a naturally thick consistency.

The vegetable proteins used are sources of natural glutamates derived from soy and corn. These are entirely different from the synthetic flavor enhancer monosodium glutamate (MSG). The glutamates derived from vegetables are amino acids—naturally present in plants, meat, and dairy products—and their concentration in this bouillon is comparable to the levels found in ordinary food.
